RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Due to Health, Safety and hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns unless there is a genuine fault with the product in question such as if the items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped, we will happily exchange it. Please email info@o3accessories.coc.uk.

In this case, this does not affect your statutory rights to return within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason, providing the goods are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Made to order and Custom made are not included in this scenario. We don’t accept returns on Made to order and Custom made. Please do email: info@o3accessories.co.uk for any concerns.

Should you have any issues with the product received, do let us know within 3 days of receiving the product via email: info@o3accessories.co.uk

Please note that the original postage fees are non-refundable. Return postage cost is covered by the customer.

In addition, if your package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address there will be a re shipping fee to ship it again.

Lastly, we don’t accept returns on Made to order and Custom made. Please do email info@o3accessories.co.uk for any concerns.

Please note; Our products are handmade; therefore, each one can be slightly different from the image shown on the website, this would only be minor though.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for the same item purchased. Under no circumstance, do we offer exchanges to different items than the original product.
